Our mission is to elevate hospice and home health care throughout the US. We aim to provide high quality consultation, and clinical education to hospice and palliative care agencies. Our Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) and Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) certified consultants support process improvements that meet national standards and improve hospice and home health operations. Using an individualized approach, programs and services are tailored to meet the needs of each organization.

Brittany P, MS, RN, CHPN
Lead Consultant
Brittany resides in Phoenix, AZ where she developed her passion for hospice and palliative care at the bedside. After gaining valuable experience, she achieved her nursing certification in hospice and palliative care through the Hospice and Palliative Nursing Association (HPNA). Her passion for providing high-quality patient care led Brittany to multiple roles in hospice administration, compliance, and leadership. With hospice consulting certifications from both Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) and American Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC) Brittany is our lead consultant. In her personal life, Brittany most enjoys her time with her family, traveling, and cooking interesting new recipes!

Contract Management Consultant
Monica is a successful managed care administrator with a strong experience in project management, executive leadership, and marketing. She has managed multi-million dollar accounts in the managed care industry and is a pioneer in healthcare marketing. Additionally, she is a compliance expert, with a specialized focus in Medicare and Medicaid programs. Her skillset also includes support and development of new businesses. Bringing her experience to our team, she ensures smooth operations and an excellent client experience for our partners. In her personal life, she enjoys her grandchildren, shopping, and volunteering in her community!
